Big Bear Shipping Policy
All candles are packaged with extra care to insure they are in good condition when they are delivered.

Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured with Tracking, some larger orders may be shipped Fedex. We will try our best to get all orders out same day. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 days of ordering.

Sample product orders will have the option at checkout to ship USPS First Class Mail. This will reduce your shipping costs but will increase delivery time of your order by 3-4 days. This option is only available on orders under 13 oz.

Should your order take excessive time to be delivered or if it is delivered with damages please contact us at Support@BigBearCandles.com immediately so we can help fix the issue right away. Please do not handle broken glass. We may need pictures of any damaged goods for USPS insurance purposes.

We now offer free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping rates on orders under $75 will be calculated based on actual USPS rates.
Big Bear Return Policy
We accept returns on unused candles in original packaging for 30 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. Please contact us before returning any products.

Returns are not accepted on sample products. If product is defective please contact us.

If you should receive any damaged or defective product please contact us immediately at Support@BigBearCandles.com, please do not return the product before contacting us first.
